Exeter focuses on diversity and inclusion for face-to-face return

The Insurance Institute of Exeter is hosting a series of face-to-face CPD events later in the summer, hosted by popular network presenter Jeff Heasman.

The morning events include ‘Communicating with vulnerable customers’ on 21 September; and ‘Inclusion, diversity and communication’ on 19 October.

Sessions will take place at the Exeter Court Hotel and the institute is providing the bacon rolls, so make sure you book your place early!
