The Insurance Institute of Leeds has launched its 2022 Evolving Leadership Programme, offering specifically designed modules for members during their own leadership development, and who have a strong desire to develop personally.
Running from April to September 2022, the programme has been developed to provide attendees with a suite of learning principles across nine key areas, as well as practical understanding of how to put the principles into action.
Following an online induction, delegates will enjoy nine half-day sessions covering the following topics: building effective teams; coaching your team; having difficult conversations; hybrid team management models; inclusion and belonging; emotional intelligence and assertiveness; how to motivate yourself and others; effective presentations; and presentation delivery.
Insurance Institute of Leeds president, Holly Copsey, said: “The sessions will be challenging, interactive and inspiring. They will help delegates to learn best practice in leadership and management, client care and solving problems. There will be continuity, with application between sessions to maintain momentum and to enable attendees to build on their experience throughout the programme.”
