The CII is looking forward to attending the British Insurance Brokers’ Association (BIBA) conference on 11-12 May, and is hosting a stand at F71 as well as a fringe session at 1pm on 12 May.
The conference returns to a fully physical event after the lifting of Covid-19 restrictions and this year’s theme is ‘our insurance community’.
The CII fringe session – ‘Harnessing the power of professional community’ – will feature a panel including CII president Peter Blanc; Ajay Mistry, board member of the Society of Insurance Broking; and Sue McCall, chair of the Society of Claims Professionals.
In keeping with the BIBA conference theme, the panel will discuss how building a network of professionals with common values and a shared purpose will help you be the best at what you do, support you in realising your career aspirations and help you guide the next generation of talent in our profession.
