CII Hong Kong hosted its first virtual PFS Executive Thought Leadership event, with the topic of ‘Future of Client Engagement’.
Keith Richards, chief executive officer of the Personal Finance Society and chief membership officer of the CII, shared how the profession can adapt to the change and where opportunities have arisen from adopting a more client-centric approach as a trusted professional.
Across both insurance and financial services, the restrictions on physical client engagement in these unprecedented times have led the profession to rethink the old ways and develop new methods of engaging with consumers to serve them effectively.
The thought-leadership event was concluded with a one-hour CPD coaching session on how to engage online and in-person through powerful questioning and deep listening, by Trevor Smith, a professional certified executive coach. More than 80 people registered and attended the virtual event.
