The PFS Power of Financial Planning group is hosting a series of client engagement workshops aimed at enhancing advisers' communication skills and perfecting first meetings with clients.
Attendees will learn how to: present themselves and their firm before the first meeting; effectively communicate the value of what they do; avoid the 'transaction trap'; use effective questioning techniques; and close a meeting and gain commitment from clients.
