The CII has produced a series of four 20-minute webinars based on the report, The Future of Commercial Insurance Broking, presented by Konselio and PKF Littlejohn.

Each uses material from the report and the research behind it, to explore how the commercial insurance broking market and the role of the individual brokers within it has changed during the past 10 years -- and how it could evolve to 2028.

The challenges of the current landscape are outlined, along with potential solutions and likely outcomes as insurance moves into the digital world. The worth of brokers in the value chain is discussed along with potential methods for brokers to futureproof their career and improve the quality of client relationships.

By watching these webinars, members will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the drivers of change to the client/broker relationship so that brokers can make changes to their own approach to clients; the current technology landscape for brokers and how brokers can make informed technology decisions; and how the broker business model will change as a result of greater commoditisation and specialism.
