The Kent Conference returned for its fourth year in March, with a record attendance of more than 160 people.
The Institutes of Mid Kent, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Folkestone, Canterbury and East Kent once again joined forces to host a full day of CPD seminars, centred around the theme of 'Embracing Change'.
The conference commenced with keynote speeches from Steve White of the British Insurance Brokers Association, highlighting BIBA's 2017 Manifesto; and Neil Clutterbuck, chief underwriting officer at Allianz, who discussed the impact of technology.
Ray Johnson, conference chairman, commented: "The presentations were most informative, stimulating and certainly the presenters enabled us to go away with some good ideas centred around this year's theme of 'Embracing Change'. We are now starting to plan for next year's event, due to be held on 8 March 2018."
