The insurance institutes of the North East are coming together once again to present their annual half-day technical seminar, providing comprehensive and engaging CPD sessions.
Members are invited to hear from a variety of well-known speakers on the afternoon of Wednesday 27 September at the Carriageworks in Leeds city centre. Key speakers include David Blunt, head of the conduct specialists department in supervision at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Mr Blunt is tasked with helping to deliver the FCA’s priority of governance and culture at firms, including the implementation within supervision of the accountability regime for all FCA regulated firms.

Mark Hawksworth, global technology specialist practice group leader from Cunningham Lindsey, will also be speaking about financial cybercrime.
