IIL Winter Ball success
The Insurance Institute of London’s Young Members’ Committee welcomed over 930 guests at their highly anticipated Winter Ball in November – making it a sell-out and the biggest ever IIL event.
Sponsored by Aon UK, Ariel Re, IDEX Consulting, IPS Group, JLT Specialty, Marsh and Slipcase.com, Old Billingsgate provided a grand setting for the Young Members’ Committee’s bright and bold ‘mash up’ event. The evening began with a performance by renowned DJ-drummer AFISHAL, who lit up the stage (including the huge 40ft screen) using his high-tech drumming rig and fire dancers. Guests were also treated to a high octane performance by a gravity-defying aerial straps duo.
After a three course dinner there was live music from Sway Band, photo booths and a DJ. Throughout the night guests shared their photos and comments via the live Twitterwall.
